We have a 48 hour and 24 hour cancellation policy. This means that in the event you must cancel or change your appointment please do so at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Less then 48 hour we will charge you 50% of the service. 24 hours or less you will be charges 100%. If there is a NO SHOW we will charge the full cost of the appointment. 

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled for and a cancellation fee will apply.

Credit Card Processing Fee To maintain our high-quality service in the face of rising costs, 3% fee will apply to credit card transactions, not including cash or debit.

We want everyone to be in love with there hair. We are all artist and human so sometimes we don't get it completely right. We have a 14 day adjustment policy for you to come in for any additional work. Please call the salon with any concerns.
